    Had to return defective shoe purchased in 2016 still had receipt and box shoes were in. Talked with Ms.Beverly of the shoe dept explained my issue told me to bring them in so she could she my issue exchanged my boots and treated me with courtesy and professionalism. I really appreciated that so a shout out to you Ms. Beverly thank you.
